Code of conduct

Apart from complying with legal requirements and by-laws, our Company acts in accordance with the following code of conduct:

• To operate our business and communicate with our clients in a honest and respectful way.
• To gather accurate and detailed information on accounts receivable that are to be purchased or collected.
• If clients are contesting their debt, we stop collection procedure and check the client's statements.
• To not operate our business in a dishonorable, unethical or unprofessional manner what might deceive, trick or cause harm to our clients.
